Nathan & Koby were very thorough polite and efficient. Top notch firm and plumbers on site

Very good service very happy koby and nathan did excellent work

Great service after calling for a free quote Nathan attended and performed an inspection with his pipe camera of not only of my sewage issue but all of the surrounding pipes including my stormwater. This was beneficial prior to me cementing my driveway. I was given 3 different options and a written quotation after accepting one of the options the next working day Nathan and Kobe completed the work to my satisfaction.

Breezair evap air conditioner serviced and worn parts replaced, unit cleaned and now ready for the heatwave !! The quote was transparent gave us options and the service provided by Nathan, Zac and Koby was first class. No hesitation in recommending this firm to anyone needing air cond services.

Nathan and Kody were absolutely outstanding! They quickly diagnosed the problem and worked tirelessly through every challenge to get the job done right. Before they arrive at your location, they send you a text message allowing you to track their movements live on Google Maps. What impressed me even more was their exceptional after-sales service. Nathan contacted SA Water on my behaps, and when SA Water was taking far too long to arrange the replacement of our leaking water meter, I called Jayden. He immediately stepped in, followed up with SA Water, and pushed for the replacement to be scheduled as soon as possible. This level of customer care is rare these days. The team went above and beyond from start to finish, keeping me informed and making sure everything was taken care of. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. I couldn't ask for better service. A huge thank you to Nathan, Kody and Jayden for their professionalism, dedication and outstanding support. Highly recommended. Many thanks to the Paterson Trades Group. The Te-Nguyen Family.

Jayden was very professional, kept me informed and up to date in regard to the job to be done. Provide water heating whilst gas disconnected and locating any gas leaks.
