Paterson's texted that Nathan would arrive within 21 minutes, which he duly did. Our hot water (or lack of) situation was explained to Nathan who requested to look at the current installation. He pointed out several issue that allowed us to make the assessment that the current unit was uneconomical to repair. Nathan then prepared a couple of quote's for replacement options. He didn't pressure us in any way to choose either solution but answered our questions and gave us enough information so that we could make an informed choice. Nathan gave us an estimate of how long it would take him to obtain the replacement parts from local suppliers, which again was completed in the allotted time. Nathan worked though the rain to remove the malfunctioning unit and replace it with the new one. The work was completed in a professional and tidy manner and tested to confirm that it was functioning correctly, Nathan was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you Nathan and Paterson Plumbing solutions for getting our hot water service recommissioned in an afternoon.

He called before he arrived, took the time to listen to the whole story and then gave us a comprehensive report with very helpful photos illustrating the issue. Whilst Paterson Plumbing and Solutions won't be able to help us further due to the nature of the work required, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Highly recommended. I rang about 1pm regarding a blocked drain (non-urgent) and leaking toilet cistern. I expected to wait a few days but Jayden said he could come a bit after 4 that arvo. He arrived on time after letting me know that he was on his way. Seeing the van with hydro-jet on a trailer pull up, l was confident that "he knows his job". Jayden quickly identified the problem and told me what the fix was. Cleared a couple of root blockages towards the front of house then used the camera to inspect about 25 metres of pipe to the back of the house - a thorough job. He needed a replacement part for the old cistern and said he would return a bit after 8 the next morning. Again, he arrived on time after letting me know he was on his way. After fitting the new part, he waited a while to ensure there was no leak. I'm extremely happy with the results for the price paid. Jayden is totally professional, friendly and I had confidence in his skills. I appreciated his communication along the way, letting me know when he would arrive etc. I will certainly use Paterson again if/when the need arises.
